Human Geography: the branch of geography dealing with how human activity affects or is influenced by the earth's surface.
Religion:
The main religions of Europe are Christianity, Judaism, and Islam. Some smaller religions are Buddhism, Muslim, and Indian. Europe also has some ancient religions that have been modernized like Heathenism, Rodnovery, Romuva, Druidry, and Wicca.
Dress:
While Europeans wear clothes similar to Americans they have particular style traits that are important there. The following are popular and normal to see on a person in day to day life:
- Scarves - Both women and men wear scarves on a day to day basis starting from the age of 15 and up.
- Leather - Leather jackets are not only popular in Europe but, they are wind and light rain resistant, making it perfect for the weather in most parts of Europe.
- Footwear - Most wear nice dress shoes in Europe, especially when going out in public. Some European establishments will not allow you to enter if you are wearing running sneakers, like Nike for example.
Food:
While the US and Europe eat similar foods, there are some differences in them. Some common foods eaten in Europe are:
- Coffee: In the US we do have coffee and it is drunken daily. In Europe however, they drink coffee that isn't loaded with sugar and flavorings, and served at particular times of the day.
- Croissants: Again this food is found in the US, but in Europe croissants are more common and come in more variety. They can be found easily in cafes, bakeries, and sold on street corners in cities everywhere.
- Fresh Fruit, Cheese and Meat: In Europe there are markets on the street selling fruit and meat on ice, as well as wrapped cheese of different variety. This is very popular for both tourist and locals for the freshness and quality of the products.
Holidays:
Europeans share some holidays with the US but they have a few of there own. Some of Europe's public holidays are:

Languages:
Europe has 24 "official and working" languages. Some of the most popular/ frequently used are:

- Swedish - Norwegian
Sports:
Some of the most popular sports in Europe are:
- Football (Soccer)
- Cricket

Schooling:
The schooling in Europe is very different then that of America.
1st Maternel & 2nd Maternel - Ages 4 to 6
1st Primary to 5th Primary - Ages 6 to 11
1st Secondary to 7th Secondary - Ages 11 to 18
Symbols:
Europe has a number of different symbols to represent their regions. These include a flag, anthem, holiday, and motto. The moto is "In varietates unitas!" which means "United in Diversity."
Music:
Europe has music, much of the US including Pop, Rap, Dance, Jazz, Hip-Hop, R'n'B, and Soul. They have also produced many famous musicians and musical groups including The Beatles, The Rolling Stones, Queen, and the famous One Direction.
Social Media/Technology:
Although most of Europe has cell phones, only about 30% use internet and even less have social media. It might not seem like it but most of Europe is not as tech-savvy as it seems.
